Roll and tip?

    You roll the paint on and then smooth the surface with the tip of a brush. The brush needs to be dipped lightly in paint. It takes the steeple of the rolling.

    I was reading one of the many threads here that mention it but really didn't go into detail. After your posts I went to Youtube and there they are. Doh!!!
