Can a cruise boat's canopy be used as boat hull?
The shape of canopy is aerodynamic and it is flat at bottom (when used as a boat).
    I'm new in boat designs.
    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks and regards.

Its been discussed many times over the years, but consensus is that its not worth the trouble. The complications of cabin access and having a secure cabin, doubling as a seaworthy shaped hull are too troublesome.

Most boats will settle for having a separate tender, that may be a nesting dinghy if space is very tight.

It can be done but you compromise the use of one or the other. And there may be times in hot weather where you really want to use both at the same time. One idea might be to design a dingy to nest smartly with the canopy, giving you an out of the way place to store the dingy.
