In the middle of building a wheel for a boat. I've laminated a 1.25" rim out of core cell and bonded three spokes to the rim meeting at a 3/4" plywood hub..

Next comes a bit of fairing then some glass.. Any ideas on what weight cloth we'll need with epoxy to make this puppy rigid and robust??

I'd use several layers of something light that'll go around the corners easily, like 4-6 oz cloth. Also, consider carbon.
