    Never heard the story of the small town lawyer with a one attorney tiny office, across the street from the courthouse, drops off 5 short actionable motion documents with the clerk of court every day on his way to lunch.
    Keeps the respondents big city law office's entire staff frantically hopping and running up huge legal fees!
    Gets settled out of court quickly.

    It may not be locked (the carbon dioxide article), but if whoever is in charge of the section disagree with your "contribution", it'll be gone before you return from WC. If it's not gone, you paid the beach to keep it...
