Can you be more specific - when is the world likely to end - and roughly what time (I don't want to miss the final episode of 'Neighbours')

I'd still rather not be part of it if nobody minds, I've got a few things to do and death ain't on the list - not last time I looked anyway. Bergalia will there be a last episode of Neighbours:?: - almost worth ending the world just for that!!!:D

I don't mind so much being dead but thr means of arriving there concern me.
Personally I'd prefer to be 90 years old in bed with a 20 year old blond nymphomanic and get shot by her jealous boyfriend.

Ahh--my favourite subject --Death or Religion --close but slighty different--bit of both in each subject. I have not been involved with death personally but I have know a few who have. It seems to be very serious and all of them died from it.

One thing I do know is not many come back-- even though they swear that they will if they can. I dont know of any one coming back --but would you believe me if I said I did ?

    So where shall we start?

My great great great great uncle tom frost went to canada in 1900 to preech christianity to the indians. I have a photo somewhere of him smoking a clay pipe with two very impressive looking indian cheifs (full head dress).

Very shortly after the photo they ate him. Apparantly eating the internal organs is where his god was --they thought.

So poor tom is wandering around in heaven with bits missing, he told me yesterday.

The simple fact that multitudes of cultures in different countries have survived and got along quite happily for centuries or more in their own way without any knowledge of what "we" (and I use that in the most genral of terms) consider to be the "right" religion is to me proof that any/all religion is frogs..t.

Religion and culture is a flavour. If suddenly you run out of chocolate chip you might get pissed. To have a whole world stocking Chocolate chip flavour ice cream in all shop would be heaven.;)

Culture is a way of life... poor or rich they think their lifestyle as comfortable and wouldnt change much or eager to accept new trend that is too daring:)
