Still some time before it is needed but would like to know where to buy 100% latex rubber pads of 3" and 5". There are many who sell cushion/matresses with fabric but have'nt found any site for just the foam.

I would suggest calling any Mom'n'Pop furnature makers in your area. Or a boat builder (who will be familiar with the specific requirements of marine use). They may know a supplier.

Fabric stores like "JoAnns" and Hobby Lobby also carry it.

Thx, I ll check those. Its been awhile but remember reading a CF post about the virtues of latex (durability, comfort, and mold resistance) but want to be sure its the same type of material, will reread it lil more thourghly.

Might go ahead n just have a shop make them however, they are pricey and contemplating options.

The out-gassing characteristics of various foam materials is probably worth investigating, especially when new, used in confined, poorly ventilated areas, and where "susceptible" humans are involved.

Found KTT Enterprises from conneticut. They have sizes needed (1" thru 6") as well as pads for upholstery.

If 100% latex is what your after then be sure to say "all natural" because if saying just "natural" it is actually 70/30 synthetic/natural, which has a 20 year warranty vs. 10 year for 100% latex.

    Read good reviews about them
