I took a ship photo today, TCG Heybeliada.I wondered how deep the hull and how hull shapes like? Heybeli ada is one of the Prince Islands in Istanbul Asia Side and this ship carries the same name with the island , I think its a supply ship but I dont know whether carries fuel oil or food water stuff.

That really looks like a large ex-military landing craft. I couldn't find an exact profile or a photo of the older Turkish Navy craft. But it is almost the exact size of a French EDIC, so that would be a good comparison.

Dear Jehardiman , your reply is wonderful , when I looked to my other photographs , its truly a landing craft. Are landing crafts flat bottomed ? If they are flat , do they experience any roll or excess right left movement ?
Thank you very much,
Umut
