Taylor or Froude's Law?

    Considering on today's design, which is much better or shall I say most likely being used on designs. Taylor or Froude's Law?

    You need to give us more information so we can help you.
    (There is no such thing as "Froude's Law", nor is there a "Taylor's Law".).
