    Hi Team,
I've just installed a new Mercury Gen 11 remote control and new dash mounted egnition.
The problem I have is the tachometer is clicking.
If I disconnect the red ING wire the click stops

    Any ideas
    Thanks
    Mike

Generally, if I am correct, red goes to positive, green goes to ign, white goes to light switch and black goes to ground. Check your wiring diagram that should have come with the tach. Are there any issues which would indicate a weak battery? Lights dimming, etc.?
