surveying a fiberglass boat over paint

    hello,
    i am looking around to buy a second-hand boat.
    should i suspect from a new-painted hull? if has it been done to cover some cracks?

    Possibly but I have also seen customers with almost brand new boats who simply don't like the colour and want it sprayed to their preferred colour.
