We need hull design for a wooden lobster boat of 42 ft length.
Could you recommend us sources, where we can receive or purchase these drawings ?

Ralph Stanley, of Southwest Harbor, ME. Designs and builds nice lobster boats. Last one they were building looked quite fast (on the loft floor)

    Mmd,
You wrote me sometime back about perspective drawings. (Thank you very much for that info) Is there a place on the web I could see your designs?

    Best Regards,
    Steve

Steve, no website at the moment, but that will probably be taken care of by the end of the summer. If you'd like, I could e-mail you some jpegs and PDF's of some of my recent works.

My designs have been all over the spectrum of boats, mostly because I didn't set up shop to produce a certain type or style of boat; I made myself available to owners and builders who wanted help in creating their dreams, not mine. Due to this, I have done 15-foot daysailers and 60-foot cruising sailboats, luxury powercats and fishboat cats, lobsterboats and sportfisherman boats. Not cutting edge, not breakthrough racers, just middle-of-the-road good seaboats of tried-and-true technology and materials, made to be safe, comfortable, and as attractive as the type is known for.

Here's the latest project; a wee 26-ft lobsteryacht based on the 1950's style Cape Islander fishing boats of my area, and being built of wood-strip & epoxy.

    Mmd,
Thanks for the response. I'm sorry your drawing is not showing up for me. (Thanks to big brother, I suspect.) Someday, If big brother ever lets me buy a computer, I'd love for you to send me some pics. I've learned the hard way it's not fun being controlled and I'll take to heart your message on helping others build their dreams (as long as their boats!!)
    Thanks Again,
    Steve ;)

I've contacted the admin about placing a gallery of my stuff here on BoatDesign.net; hopefully the problem of viewing my pics will go away soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
