    good morning

I boat my first boat but I think I made a mistake they have taken out the inboard engine and blanked it off but I am starting to feel a outboard engine will not work on it

I have attached a pic of the back of the boat

    thanks in advance

Methinks you might go back to the seller and complain.

Hell of a deep vee on that boat, looks about 25 degrees. With an outboard she might float a bit high.

Use an outboard bracket. I like armstrong and stainless marine brackets.

The black cat should bring luck to the project, imo.

Rule of thumb is put your anti-ventilation plate level with bottom of hull to start.

Bracket moves outboard back and can be raised up slightly but not too much.

What's the measure from your keel to the chine?
