'I Love Hay' NSW Coastal Cruiser ~ ID Design, Captain, Location; Any Ideas?

Hello All ~ I've been fascinated by this unique, Junk Rigged, small Coastal Cruiser since first discovering from a random FB post back in 2019(?). Over the years, I've posted (to no avail), saved images with inquiries to several FB Groups, including Australian and American dinghy sailing, in hopes of learning more about the boat, her design(er), captain and location. Possibly, members here may have more knowledge and insight into the design, etc. Background buildings/structures might offer clues to her location at the time the images were taken ... Thanks!

Did you try asking on the Thomas Colvin group on FB?
There are quite a few junk rig experts on there, and they might recognise her?

Hay is an inland NSW town, situated on the Murrumbidgee River. I assume that is the derivation of the name, unless the sailor has a strange appetite for animal fodder. These people may be able to throw some light on it:
Hay Official Visitor Website (visithay.com.au) There may be a local boat club, being on the river. Failing that, you might be able to do a search of that registration with NSW maritime people.

It actually looks pretty good for a pram of that size.

 

This boat may be used on the Murray River, I suspect.
