Is it posible to make canting controls by using ropes and blocks? I am thinking about 100 kg of torpedo weight.

Absolutely, yes. Boats such as mini 6.5's, Bethwaites 26 footer, the Backman 21 and others do exactly that.

cantering keels with a little hev ho

Sure it can be done, open 30's use that system and our keel weight is around 700 kg/1550lbs.

I've heard it being used on open 50's

Of course I don't recomend mico blocks to do it.

I believe certain open 60's have done that too. on big boats it takes a while to get it over if done manually but on a small boat you could probably do it quite quickly using a block and tackle arrangement.
