I have a little speed boat with a 50hp Johnson every time I go full throttle the front end dips down and not letting it glide across water properly doesn’t matter how much weight I put up the back I’v have had 5 bricks 40Ls of fuel and nothing up front and the motor cowling sits about an inch below the boat but still does it. Would it be because the motor is tilted far forward and needs to to be lifted more on an angle?
any help and advise would be awesome and much appreciated.

If it is manual tilt there is an adjustable trim rod between the transom brackets which adjusts the angle of the engine. Another thing is transom rot in plywood, fibreglass etc and transom damage on aluminium changing the transom angle. A person's weight on a slightly tilted outboard should show up transom flex.

it'd be helpful if you had some pictures showing the boat setup on trailer, and also while operating in condition that you're concerned about?

    Very possibly.

Is the motor secure on it's mounts or can you bounce it around on the transom?

Mounts would condemn it in my opinion, the job is beyond amateur capabilities and too expensive to farm out. There were many different versions of the OMC 50hp over decades, and the manufacturer (assuming OMC, though it could be Bombardier I guess) is long gone so parts availability comes into it.

Worn out tilt and steering bushings can make them do weird things too, but mainly with tracking.

The issue you're facing is likely due to the motor being tilted too far forward. When the motor is angled down excessively, it creates more drag in the water, causing the front end to dip down. Try adjusting the motor trim or tilt to raise the motor higher and achieve a more level running attitude. If that doesn't work, you may need to check if the motor is properly mounted or if there are any weight distribution issues. Sometimes adding weight to the front can help balance the boat, but tilting the motor up should be the primary solution.
