That "structure" in the photo does not look very healthy and, as you surely know, two boats of the same size may need totally different structures. It does not only depend on the size but on the working conditions of the boat.

i mesure towing force, and is very near maxsurf calculation if i scaled down 25:25:25

 

If i do good scaling

 

15kn results scaling gives 0.96N
I mesure about that

 

And for me important is that i have not seen broaching, and submarining, and i sea good righting characteristic
