    hello everyone

I am looking for power prediction methods such as Holtrop-1984, which taking
into account trim, however i dont know how sensitive Holtrop-1984 method is to trim changes, what i am looking for is how the trim affect resistance (i.e effective power). however i can not use model tests neither CFD progs. Any suggestions ???

    Many thanks

Do you mean static or dynamic trim?

If static, just enter the data of hull in trimmed condition you are interested in.
If dynamic -Holtrop method do not run to so high speeds, where dynamic trim can drastically change hull characteristics.
