fishing deck on bow

    I have a 74 Crestliner I/O 302/888. I am wondering instead of creating an open bow, how hard would it be to create a low profile platform to stand on when fishing. The boat already has a 3 piece windshield and the center of the bow strong but how could I reinforce the sides to be just as strong.
