just a short one for mecanical ..,
i just rebuilt a small diesel yanmar 4 JH, change all liners and rings, run nicely for one hour only now , but i notice some gas come out from oil-pan at low rpm?? nothing else after 1000rpm.. how long to set the ring on the new liners? ( engine run just for test with no load ? perhaps not sufficient pressure to set the new rings ?)
