lamination schedule help

I am thinking about buying an existing mold I have no history on the construction or laminate schedule. Would anyone here be willing to work with me in help to develop one. I plan on building it as a solid glass(ex transom) hull as its a 17' boat outboard power and it will have a cored transom
I have other measurements, Thanks!

 

Making a boat is not a problems but will need more info and some pictures of a boat along with some measurments , also what size motor is intended to power the boat ? Need pictures !!

One easy and efficient way to do the extension is simply get sheets of Lamipanel (Corian or Laminex maybe to you) and screw them onto the current hull. They need bracing to follow the exact line of th ehull, but they do so remarkably easy. Do a nice job of the V bottom joint, seal with kids plasitcene (putty) and them gelcoat the insides, followed by the laminate. The old transom is not gelcoated, and the structure is built up direct to it (after stripping off the gelcoat around the edges. You cannot laminate over old gelcoat. The new transom is added of course to the ends of the panels.
No mould is needed then of course.

Are you serious about the displacement???? In ounces, I presume?

You make me curious about the boat. Do you have pictures?

No pictures is not good !! even a few drawings as to the shape etc
So it will be all guess work ! Have you had a schedual of the glass for a equivlent type of boat ? With a 115 motor what kind of speed do you sort of expect to do ? Thats also another factor as to what where and what type of glass you could or should use !!.
Not trying to Fob you off just need more info to get a better idea as every one else will be wondering as well .
