Small Sailboat Design

    Does anyone know where I can get this book?

    Title: How to Design Small Sailboats
    Author: E.C. Seibert
    1947

    I have a copy from my local library and I cannot find it anywhere. It is the best book I have ever seen on the subject with only 69 pages it gives you what you need to know and nothing else.
