    Small Craft Engineering: Resistance, Propulsion and Sea Keeping, University of Michigan, Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Report 120, 1971 by Michelsen, Moss, Koelbel, Savitsky, and Apollonio is available for download from the University of Michigan Library. Catalog information and link to the download is at http://deepblue.lib.umich.edu/handle/2027.42/91749

    L. J. Doctors in his new book references this publication and says it "covers the topics of resistance, propulsion, performance prediction, stability, motions in waves and stability."
