Can anybody help, I am looking for a copy of the followng reference:

Koebel, Joseph G. (1979), "Tunnel hull design for U.S. Navy Small Craft" Combatant Craft Engineering, Naval Ship Engineering Center, Norfolk, Virginia, Rep. 13138-03-1, July 1979.

THis paper deals with wake fractions for high speed craft hulls with propeller tunnels.
