Whaddaya mean? A Porter Cable 6" RO sander?
You don't mean an air tool do you?
Anyway, use Norton discs for 6" hook and loop. Available everywhere.

Yeah, Norton or 3m both make (sell) Aluminium Oxide sanding discs, these are very suitable for wood, paints and frp. If you need a stronger grit, they the same companies in Silicon carbide papers.

Both types are grey with squiggly lines on them.

There are plenty of Fiberglass and auto body supply places in Oregon. If you are working on a boat you need to be buying in 100 packs not from a mass merchandiser. If you have to travel too far there are good places like Jamestown that sell over the internet. Go to the Jamestown site they grade their sand paper.
