I want to register criteria for a ship in MAXSURF software using the BV 483 rules and the clause below. Do you know which criteria I should use?
2.8.1 The heeling action reported in [2.3] and [2.7] may be arranged together considered simultaneously. Anyway, in such a case, the only requirement is that the static equilibrium angle resulting from both heeling actions be not higher than the value of the dynamic equilibrium angle θd as defined in [2.1.5] and Fig 12. The wind speed to be considered is the maximum speed for which special personnel is allowed to be located on the exposed decks.
