    A clever Idea, a modern coracle. But he'd still get taxed on up to 5 square meters block area on the water..(where I live)

    Exactly like that :D

    But theoretically you could even have an umbrella that expands to a typical boat shape, like a skin of frame kajak that folds out exactly like an umbrella just not in a round but boat shape. Best thing is that you already have a mast! Then you have another umbrealla that you can use as a sail!

    Wedge the yellow barrow part into a suitably large diameter tyre inner tube & hey presto, a RIB is born, but larger noodles also a very good suggestion. :cool:
