    Dont catch big fish !

    Use smaller lures

    Maybe a smaller line. I don't think he was planning on this catch.

    Similar sized Pacific halibut have been caught in the Puget Sound, I am told they are so old they are full of parasites and there is not a lot of good meat in them. It is more of a trophy rather than good eating. Even without the parasites I can not imagine that 30 year old fish could be good to eat, it must be tough and stringy and not very good tasting.
