Has anyone used the DowCorning Froth-pak foaming kits or experience of it?

On 'paper' it looks good: well known brand, the price is not much more than a good quality board insulation, it is fire resistant, has an excellent insulating value and is closed cell with options for high density.

I'm considering this over board insulation for my hull, I like the possibility to do the application in my own time and build more or less thickness where I want. I like the advantages of spray foam for a quieter boat and the ease of bedding firring strips for the interior.
A friend who built an aluminium boat paid a few thousand euro for a contractor to do the spray foam and it was a real mess with foam everywhere.
