What is name of my profesion

Hi, I am making a new CV, but don't know how to named my profession in English.
I work in boatyard and my tasks are:
-Creating, analysing and updating of technical documentation.
-Preparing guidelines for workers and subcontractors.
-Cooperation with Design office which is not a part of our company
-Technical support for the boss and purchasing department.
-Designing new details and equipment (like gangway, furnitures, convertable T-top, sunroof mechanism)
I work with luxury powerboats max length 50ft. Laminate elements like hulls, deck or dashboards come to us. We are connecting this and equipping. When we finish, boat is ready to testing and use.

Probably I do few profession in the same time and i have problem with named it.

Sounds like both a Yard Manager and a General Manager.
Just point out English is not your first language.
Your resume (CV) only needs to get you the interview.
It's the interview that gets you the job!

How about Director of Yard Services and Technical Coordinator.
Generally, 'Director' titles get better pay than 'Coordinators' both get better pay than 'Managers'.
If you could get 'Chief... Officer' in there, maybe: Chief Technical Services Officer, you would be in the top echelon for pay scales.

In the USA that would be a Chief Operations Officer (COO).

I think the closest is Will - Technical Coordinator.
I checked and tasks are very closed to this what I do.
I'm just wondering if it's not too high position for me.
In addition to the boss, I also have my supervisor who plans the overall production and makes all decisions.
I only propose solutions and provide technical advice if someone asks, but the final decision is made by someone else.

 

So your boss is the Chief Technical Coordination Officer and you would be the Technical Liaison and Coordination Officer, no?

 

I have a degree in Operations and Production Management. Your boss is the Production Manager and you are the Operations Manager. In the USA a "Coordinator" (I have been a Coordinator) is usually a person who distributes tasks and coordinates work assignments and projects between all of the people (employees, contractors, and suppliers involved in doing the work, and reports back to the Production Manager who oversees everything. The Production Manager reports to whoever runs the company.

 

On a smaller scale or just line production, it is a "Project Manager". He is the frontman for the particular build, liase with the owner's representative and executes all the function you have stated above. He reports to the Operations Manager that handles the whole. If the build is outside the plant, then a Project Manager is assigned.

In shipyards that can handle only one build at a time, it is just the Operations Manager.
