I am an angler ( freshwater) and a complete modelling novice
    Reference: Bait Boats.
To buy a remote-controlled, bait-delivering boat it would cost between £400 and £700. The vessel I require would be a modified version of the above. It needs to travel a distance of up to 500m, drop off payload (bait and weight, weighing up to 8 ounces) and return. With a conventional bait boat the "dropping off" mechanism operates by the deck opening up like a trap door. I would be happy to rest the pay load on the deck allowing me to pull it from the deck (via line to rod), which means that I would need some width on the hull.
Can anybody help me with design, materials and basic A-Z of instructions. Eveything bar build it for me really!? I really only want a bog standard vessel. Forward, stern, port and starboard motions, that'll cost considerably less than the conventional type. All contributions gratefully received.
