I think you might get a better response if you supply some more details here first as to where you want folk to relocate to, what sort of jobs are on offer, what sort of renumeration you are offering.....
I presume that your naval architect and marine engineers come under this section -

But there is no mention here of them.

This is interesting - Liam saw my post above yesterday, but he has not responded.
I would like him to 'chat' (as he is asking us to do in his post), and tell us more about the various jobs on offer, but instead he just clams up.
Surely this is not good tactics for a recruitment agency?

He probably hasn't been back, recruiters have to monitor a lot of sites and often have a lot of positions open, so the best advice is still to send a resume as requested so he can respond with what he has. Wide effect has a lot of marine positions open for the new DD program and to cover retirements at Fincantieri and a couple of projects at Austal that I know of.
