It's not worth your time.

I spent quite a bit of time negotiating with Harri a few months back, In the end Hari refused to sign a legal document stating that the molds and design were unencumbered by any liens or lawsuit. Harri would promise anything you wanted to hear verbally, But even after I agreed to meet his asking price (subject to inspection, with inspection and payment in full to follow the agreement by not more than five business days.) Harri flatly refused to even talk about signing any form of Purchase agreement.

I recommend that you only pursue this matter if you are the kind of person who gladly hands large sums of cash to perfect strangers based on their word alone that they have clean and unencumbered title to what you are buying. Or if you enjoy being insulted each time you ask for any assurance of the above.
