Seakeeper-it works equally in the following seas as in heading seas?

    Good morning everybody,
    i'm new of the forum and i'm struggling in understanding the reasults from the seakeeper software in understanding results in the following seas condition. It works equally well in the following seas as it does in the heading seas?
