Actually We lucked out. White shelter, breeze off the water, didn't get too hot.

Just putting in dozens of wooden fillets. Hardly picture worthy.

Got some offsets for the hull. If Serenity handles well, they might be worth sharing.

Now all I need is a bunch of acrylic. I hope the price hasn't gone up recently, what with a massive increase in the demand, for COVID-19 shields.

    Let's hope there's a surplus now.
What thickness are you looking for?

¼" for the sides and back. Port side forward ⅜". Naturally at the helm, tempered glass, not acrylic.

And you've routered for this relief already I presume?
1/4" in acrylic is awfully thin.

Are we talking 1/4" tempered in front of the steering station?

No provisions for the aft cabin windows. eh...?

    You crazy man.
You've got large cojones for sure!

Why is there a gap in the forward ceiling joint?

If you drill some 5 inch round holes in those roof frames you'd have some nice storage accessible from the aft deck.
No cost to interior head room and extendable out the back. Rebar, irrigation tubing/pipe, charts!

Yes, routered ⅜ deep, so ¼ slightly inset. Rear windows the same, but frame not built yet.

Ad Hoc tells me 6mm plenty for sides. 8mm forward. I'll know when I feel it.

    Well then it'll be fine.

So, about the tempered: how thick?
