So 21 gallons of epoxy on so far, roughly 75 liters, applied 300ml at a time, 250 batches. And I made one without hardener at the end of a 14 hour shift. Couldn't even tell until the next visit. Everything else is hard, that spot is sticky. Hours to brush off though. Painful. 20200827_205647.jpg 20200827_205808.jpg 20200827_205753.jpg

Indeed it does. Like giving myself a Brazilian with duct tape.

    Today.
Focusing on the tunnel, because tomorrow or Monday, going to jack it up 2', 60cm, so I can walk around underneath, and glass the interior. Going to the boat yard in 2 weeks. Needs to be able to withstand the rain.

please don't try to glass upside down; it is super hard to do well

most likely you are going to flip it to trailer anyway; so advance the flip

addendum: my experienced glassing upside down have resulted in massive thrown away piles of smoking fiberglass...I learned the only way to do it well was multiple people, mat backed glass, jigs and even then; the work is not pretty

I don't want to rain on your parade but glassing upside down, ugh.

Are you allowed a temporary structure over it at the boatyard?
If so, move out on time (end of month), roll it over in the move,
and layup the interior glass outside, under cover.
