I'm going to floor over it. The plywood in the second image is a stand in. The "table" will be over top. Like this: 20210802_203935.jpg
With a grid over the opening. The area of the ports outside is sufficient, based on the guidelines provided by @Ad Hoc . But the boxed over gutter will present some additional drag due to turbulence and edge effects.

absolutely not, PL does not clog any sandpaper of any grit. It does not melt with heat of friction.
We are talking PL premium polyurethane construction adhesive right? Some thing else might melt with heat.
I have used PL mixed with sawdust to repair broken electric skillet bakelite leg, and has held fine for over 10 years of getting very hot.

I don't really know. I can finish my part by then. But there's custom fuel tanks. ETA unknown. A worldwide shortage of outboards. A good boat electrician.... many pieces to line up, and I only control my part.

If you don't have paint on, 90 days is unlikely. Not to be an arse, but 90 days after you are painted would be good.

Why kind of paint are you going to use?
is this going to be trailered or stay in a slip?

Duly noted, Fallguy. It's the unknown unknowns that bite you on the butt.

SDowney717, I haven't given any thought to paint yet. I'll get there. Serenity will be tied to a dock, when not working.

Screenshot? I'm not on Facebook anymore. Too many climate change deniers fighting with antivaxxers.
