    I thought these points warranted repeating as you seem to be distracted proving them unnecessary.
    It will be very challenging to install forward drains and hoses after the sole is afixed, that's why I brought it up now.
    You could also incorporate the forward chain locker drains thereby lowering the sole (and CoG) creating more storage space.
    I have a few other ideas regarding forward cockpit drainage.

    My other thoughts were to "swiss-cheese" the floor/sole in front of the wheel house all the way across.
    Keeping the ply floor material the same, no grate.
    A lot of work, perhaps a great job for Anne?
    3/4" or 1" holes on ~3" centres.
    I haven't done the math but create 125% of the 3" x 12" times two area.
    36 x 2 = 72 square inches of scupper area
    72 times 125% = 90
    90/0.44 = 204 - 3/4" holes
    90/0.79 = 115 - 1" holes
    Percentage may need to be larger...?

    This would alleviate the lack of drainage in the aft two corners.
    As for the forward two drains:
    lower the sole/floor in the chain lockers to drain into the cockpit drains that run aft, through the mini bulkheads, by hose, down to the scuppers.

    The complex framing under the cockpit sole isn't flat enough. But the boat isn't sitting level in the yard. She's 27mm higher on the starboard, and B1 is 16mm higher than B3. So a simple laser survey is out. 20210816_193110.jpg

    Some progress lately, but nothing that really shows up in photographs.

    Anne and I got up on the cabin roof and finished the seams. The gaps between panels were about ⅛", 3mm. Poured in neat epoxy until they were filled level. Mixed a batch of very thick cabosil paste. Starting at the first seam of 5, filled them back to level - the neat epoxy had soaked into the wood and was largely gone. After the 5th was filled, back to the first with the 4" 100mm tape. Saturated that, with a little extra in case the plywood pulled more epoxy. And put the tent back up.
