    Wow, I've seen ships bending and twisting in a seaway but never breaking up like this. Sad that a ship owner would let a boat like that go out. I'm just a pleasure boater. Isn't there some kind of inspection system in place for these ships? There should be.

    I read it was reg in Palau with Russian and Ukrainian crew. 3 fatalities.
