Hi. I'm an architecture student at UT-Austin currently working on a boat house project. We're being asked to come up with some diagrams of single sculls (material composition, design, sections, plans, exploded assemblies, etc.) but are having a hard time finding these diagrams. If anybody could direct me to a place where I could find this information, it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Cory

Cory, I'm looking for the same thing. Have you found one yet.
I have a sawmill that cuts with an extremely thin kerf and I have access to some very large cedars. Hence, I can make a scull for very little cost. My problem is that I want to replicate my neighbors Pocock racing scull but I can't find any designs to get started.
Let me know if you have any luck. Thanks

Have either of you contacted Wooden Boat...they offer some plans for shells that might interest you. Some of the designs by Uffa Fox appear to be quite challenging.
