hi im new to rebuilding fibreglass boats.

i need some help with ideas on how replace the floor, stringers and transom on this 1960's home built caribbean wildcat.

The condition of the hull of the vessel is extremely good, i have pulled out the floor and stringers already but i haven't touched the transom yet to see the full extent of is condition:D .

also i accidentally cut through the hull with a cutting disk  . The slot is about 120mm x 2 or 3mm. :!:

any ideas on how to repair the cut? or materials to use for the floor, stringers and transom? and any good DIY pages?
