    Well lets see how it panned out. Around 6.5 million for construction, plus 455 thousand for design, divided by 43 boats, which might not include the prototype vessel. I get $163,000 per boat, give or take. And they are billing the contract to operate the boats as a "100 million dollar contract", but it's not clear what that number actually refers to. It could be $1 going in circles really quickly.
