    Le monde maritime évolue en permanence et à tous les niveaux; ses besoins, ses techniques, ses moyens, ses règles et ses exigences ne cessent de s'accroître.

    Aussi la nécessité d'introduire les nouvelles technologies et de réglementer davantage les professions maritimes s'averent nécessaires de nos jours, tellement les exigences de qualité, de service et de sécurité vont en grandissant.

    La sécurité et la protection de l'environnement marin deviennent à cet égard des conditions nécessaires, entre autres. D'où l'adoption par les innstances de l'Organisation Maritime Internationale et l'entrée en vigueur du code International sur la Sécurité et la protection de l'environnement marin (ISM code).

    Ce magazine à été edité pour que chacun puisse contribuer et publier des articles afin d'aider tous ceux ayant un rôle à jouer en matière de sécurité et ou de protection de l'environnement en mer, ou à terre d'une part; et de devenir un milieu de rencontre entre les professionnels de la mer.     At all levels, maritime world is in permanent change; their needs, their techniques, their means, their rules and the new demands that are implied are increasing all the time.

    Also the need to bring in new technologies and a new set of rules to the maritime professions appear as a need that arises from the rising standards of excellence regarding quality of service and global security.

    The safety and protection of the maritime environment are essential, among others. Therefore their adoption by the Maritime International Organization and the implementation of the International Code on Security and protection of the Maritime Environment (ISM code).

    This magazine was issued so that everyone could contribute and publish their articles in order to help those who have a role to play in what concerns security and protection of the maritime environment and land environment in what affects the sea; and to become a means of communicating and exchanging ideas among sea professionals. So please participate actively publishing your articles directly on our website.
