    Thanks for the many great suggestions; unfortunately the joint and muscle stiffness that has been plaguing me for the past couple of years flared up again so it's back to physio for me and back to the desk for the rig. Old age sucks sometimes.

    The medication is working but now it's too late in the season to put a boat in the water! At least I can get back to boat building if not sailing. Perhaps I will knock off a pair of amas over the Winter - I have to finish some other projects first to make workshop space.
