We have, for the moment, plenty of middle-class people. As for the poor it seems, even the poorest among us, have TV and cell phones, food stamps or EBT cards and only a very small percent miss meals, usually because they fail to take advantage of the largesse which the American taxpayer makes available to them.

    repeat with the basic questions:
    http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/boa/3470178726.html
this is the kind of boat available in this area. comes complete with house inside and is a largely hollow floating tin can with a mast. if it got flipped and water started getting into it would it entirely sink? are other designs commercially available? other specifications wished already mentioned. think one person rowing if need be the entire way if no wind, honey cheese hard boiled eggs fresh fruits for as long as possible water one set of clothes a sleeping bag maybe navigation equipment possibly a spare sail.
