Ran across these surface drive. Anyone know what they are?

    They seem to a setup for a boat in 26-28 foot range. The rudders go bolt right on the transom.

    tempest marine made fixed surface drives back in 80's, that looks close. they ran transom or after prop rudder. they ran good with perfect trim and balance in FAC, chop or turning boat would squat and struggle to regain speed. arneson or even kaama if you could find 1 would be better, any variation of these have survived time and are around for a reason.
