    New "smart motor" design by russian scientist team hits American market. Wavecrest Laboratories, Inc. A Dulles Virginia research and development company has hit on a combination of electric drive motor features that "attract users of anything that moves" to explore its silent, virtually traceless non heat emitting design of motors. The designs have become the gem of military applications and are expanding into commercial applications. Former presidential candidate Wesley Clark sat as Chairman of the Board for the high-tech firm whose repretoir of products includes smart brushless motors using rare earth-Neodinium fixed magnets, ultra efficient power wave management technology, and advanced battery designs which minimize resistance factors from cell to cell.
