We are currently rebuilding a 41.5ft Ron Holland designed racing yacht. She was built as "Charlatan V" in 1977 as an Admirals cup contender but I cannot find any record of her competing. She was constructed like "Imp" but a bit longer. The hull moulder was Dell Quay & she was fitted out by Bowmans Yachts. In 1992 it seems she returned from 5 years racing in Southern France near Cannes & the name was now "Touch Too". We know some of the history from 1992 to 2004 but nothing before that, can you help?
There is a photo of her new in the gallery of www.touchtoo.co.uk

The stern appears to be an earlier design than IMP. It is even more of a pintail than the other 1977 Holland boats like Marionette and Big Apple.

You might try contacting Ron, or if that doesn't work maybe Butch can tell you something: http://www.butchdesign.com/
