    Hi there,

I've just started this project and as a newbie any advice appreciated.

This was a lovely little boat owned by a friend that sadly had a tree fall on her during Katrina, I brought her down to Trinidad and have started the restoration and repower.

When we opened up the floor some of the stringers were deffinately gone through and also, oddly the bulk heads were only glassed up to a few inches above the hull. All bar two stringers have had to come out. The transom has also come out so we can plug the holes as we're changing to outboards.

Being in Trinidad we are not up to date with the latest materials so it's back with wood and matting.
