Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and I have a question. I've been told it's impossible to roll a boat over by turning too sharp, is this true?

No, it's not true. It depends on the type of boat, the shape of the hull, the power and speed. However, on hard chine boats like a jon boat, it is relatively easy to catch a chine and flip the boat.
