Vannløper - A Norwegian hydrofoil project

    Hi.

    I have started a boat design / building project. It is based on the old Sportfoil plans. Its purpose is exploring the user experience driving a smaller boat. We are inexperienced boat designers, but have been in conversation with an hydrodynamics expert from DNV (A norwegian maritime organisation) and a sea-plane designer/builder to ensure our concept is do-able. We have not yet started designing the interior, but we are planning to keep it simple. like the design of the boats exterior. The boat is a two man ride.

    The build process has just started, and we are learning new stuff every day. :)
